Inquired about their whole house filtration system. Megan was courteous and responded quickly and sent Nima to my house for an estimate and explanation of their system. He was very helpful and answered my questions with confidence. I ordered a filter, pre filter and UV. They scheduled an install within a few days. Nima and Gary were very polite and hard working. They checked their clean installation and verified operation. We noticed an immediate improvement in taste. Soap lathered better than before. No noticeable pressure drop. Nima and Gary were excellent and offered to answer any follow up questions I may have. Price was fair and I am very happy I chose Azer plumbing and will consider them for any future needs I may have. We hired Azer plumbing for our remodeling projects and we are so glad to have found them! Nima is very knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. After demolishing all the bathrooms by our contractor, Nima and the team came to install new plumbing for all the showers, a freestanding bathtub and faucets. He also rerouted drain and water lines for the kitchen since we added an island. Dishwasher was installed as well. There are so many other things they installed I can not name them all, but we are very happy with how everything has turned out! There was a minor problem with one of the new faucet drains, but Nima was on top of it right away. Great quality of the work and I highly recommend this company for any bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects! ~ Jin

Fast, excellent service at a very reasonable price! Recently I had leaks in the water supply pipe to my house. Nima the owner explained to me the options, material choices and associated costs. He is a true expert, very professional and nice to talk with. His cost estimates were very reasonable. I decided to use his service to replace the supply pipe. He planned his timing to fit my schedule. When the day came, he and his team did a great job in getting a new pipe (>100 ft) installed. In addition to the agreed-on scope of work, he fixed a few other issues free of charge (spigots, etc.). This company has far exceeded my expectations, and earned my full trust. From the beginning, making the appointment with Megan on the phone to Master Plumber/Owner Nima, the service was impeccable!! It can be very hit or miss when knowing which plumber to call. I struck gold on finding the right one. It's someone you hope you don't need to use, but when you do, you want someone you can trust. We were experiencing a water leak in our outdoor faucet. A neighbor recommended Azer Plumbing to do the repair. I was pleased when I called that they could offer same day service, but due to our plans, we opted for the following day (Friday).Gary came right on time, assessed the issue and determined that a new part was needed. He spent time explaining what was necessary and answered all our questions. He would have stayed to finish, but we had mentioned that we had plans. Gary immediately offered to come back on Saturday to replace the part! Again, he came right on time and efficiently did the repair. Gary was personable and courteous and was meticulous with his work! Recently Azer Plumbing installed a Moen Flo leak detector for us. Andre & Nima made sure the device was connected to our internet successfully & reading appropriately. Several days later, we started having issues with a toilet. I called Azer who responded right away and sent a plumber (Alex) that day. The toilet flush system was fixed as well a second toilet with aging parts. In addition, Alex connected our new natural gas grill to the gas line. He knew exactly the parts that were needed to assure a safe connection. The price quotes for the services were reasonable & expected. Plus, Azer was always responsive every single time we called them - which was impressive. Actually, Nima or his office staff called us later to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I just had a great experience with Azerplumb and Nima the owner. We were not getting the hot water from our tankless water heater. I reached out to them and spoke with the office manager. She was able to get me worked in the following day as we needed the hot water. Nima showed up as scheduled and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He showed me what was going on every step of the way and took some photos. In a business where he could basically tell me anything and I would not know any differently, he allowed me to see everything. He advised me not to fix a few things as they were not cheap and not necessary at this time. He is very honest, thorough and good at what he does. I have used this company for multiple plumbing repairs across several different projects and have never been less than thrilled with the service and quality provided. I’ve had them scope sewer lines, repair improperly installed drain lines, replaced a main water supply line, and most recently installed a tankless water heater at my primary residence while relocating the plumbing lines to a new location and installing a dedicated gas line for the unit. Nima is punctual and professional, always explaining exactly how and why he’s correcting any issues I’ve thrown at him. I trust his insight and will not bother checking with any other plumbing companies. Azerplumb is the only call I need to make when I have a plumbing issue. ~ Drew B

Nima installed a tankless water heater to replace my two 50 gal tank water heaters. He is truly a "master at his craft" - very knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. He patiently answered all my questions and paid close attention to all the details. He and his assistant were polite, always wore masks when inside and were diligent in cleaning up. His automated texting system provides appointment reminders and notifications when he is on his way so you know exactly when he will arrive. He was the first to respond to my request for quote and the only one to follow-up to see if I had questions. I would not hesitate in having Nima complete any plumbing project. We were due for a de-scaling of our Navien tankless water heater. I wanted to use someone familiar and experienced with these systems. I called Azerplumb, as they were listed on Navien's site as a trusted partner and could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of the plumber and the office contact. Nima not only took care of our issue, but even returned to check on something I had requested. He was extremely knowledgeable and service minded. He educated me along the way and took photos to demonstrate what he was performing. He was polite and punctual and I particularly appreciated his responsiveness. I had a half bath that had ample space to add a full shower as well as wanting to replace my water heater. Nima and his team were a delight to work with. They were extremely detail oriented and dedicated to doing their work to perfection, no matter what. Nima was extremely patient and communicative despite plan changes and inspection reschedules due to Covid. Jordan did masterful work, especially with the new gas lines for the tankless heater and my pieced together 3way shower valve set up. My new tankless water heater is fantastic and the rough plumb-in for my shower was perfect (remarked upon by the inspector!) . Our shower head came off and smacked me right in the face while showering. I researched plumbers and reached out to Azer via their online request. Within an hour or so I received a response via email, which I requested since I as at work, Nima and I emailed back and forth about scheduling and he volunteered to come out on a Saturday which was very helpful. He arrived within the confirmed window of time, he was very polite, informative and honest. He took pictures, showed me the work he did and why, he ended up having to replace rusted piping to attach a new shower arm to and within an hour w writhing was done. Payment via card was quick and easy and I received a detailed invoice in less than 5 minutes. I had six or seven companies come out for quotes on various work. I have history in plumbing adjacent industries, and have an ok bs meter. In general, most were nice enough but overpriced. Some were less nice, more pushy and still overpriced. Azerplumb easily had the best people to deal with in every position(u know who u are), sales, service , and administrative. Also, best pricing by far. There's nothing like feeling good about choices made with your hard earned money, and I feel amazing after choosing them over their competitors. I am very impressed with this company. I had an expected emergency at home with water leaking and needed someone to come out to my home ASAP. They sent Gary out and he was at my home within 30 min after calling. He was very thorough and patient when it came to finding where the leak was . He was very pleasant and understanding on my situation. He was also very knowledgeable as well. I was also surprised that they were able to get a restoration company out same day and within less than an hr to help me with secondary water damage. This team is as good as it gets. My 29 year old house had 3 poorly performing toilets. Andre repaired two and replaced one. He was smart, polite, patient, very highly skilled and even my cats who don't like most people thought he was cool. The price was very fair and the workmanship was far superior to what I have experienced with other plumbing services. I had used Azerplumb twice before and now I will not use anyone else. Always punctual and efficient. On top of all this the owner Nima is a generous and thoughtful man who treats customers and employees the way he would hope to be treated himself. Highly recommend this company. I had an emergency request due to water heater started leaking in the basement. I have called them to help, and the experience was excellent from Cindy receiving the call, understanding the urgency, keeping me in loop as she was trying to adjust the schedule to have someone come and take a look. Andre came over quickly, very knowledgeable, suggested what needs to be done, and did a very clean job to replace two water heaters in the basement the same day. Walked me through everything, made sure everything is tested and up and running, helped scheduling inspection with city, and the inspection passed with no issues with the work they have done. ~ Vinod G

I found Nima on Yelp after I had a major pipe burst at my house that flooded the basement and broke my water heater. Nima is a great guy - he treated me like a friend/family and came out same day to fix it at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the fix was temporary due to a broken internal part, but he helped me follow up with Rheem to get warranty parts several times, even calling them himself and sitting on hold for an hour. He came back and fixed it for free when they did send the part later, and then followed up that night via text to check and see how it is going with hot water. We had gas service added to our home and also had a gas hot water heater installed. We were very satisfied with the service from Azerplumb as well as the communication throughout the process. Nima is very thorough and explains all aspects of the project which I really appreciated. While they were adding gas service to the house, they found a leaky water pipe behind the wall and replaced it. We were very fortunate that the leak was found as it could have burst when no one was at home and it would have been a nightmare. We got several quotes and I really liked how Nima explained everything compared to the other contractors that gave us estimates. The service was very affordable and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommend AZERPLUMB. I had multiple plumbing projects — kitchen shut-off valves, a toilet replacement, and shower valve work — and they handled everything professionally from start to finish. Megan in the front office was responsive and great with follow-up communication. Nima came out, gave a thorough assessment, and provided a fair, detailed quote. I can’t recommend this plumbing company enough, they are truly top-notch. Nima Maleki in particular is outstanding: incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution. Even when I call just to ask a quick question, they’re always ready to help. Their plumbing solutions are excellent, and they are exceptionally good with water filtration systems as well. If there’s even the smallest issue, they show up immediately and take full ownership, this level of service is rare these days. Recently, I replaced my kitchen countertop, and the contractor sent a plumber who couldn’t resolve a few issues. Nima came out within 20 minutes, purely to support and help and fixed what others couldn’t without hesitation. An amazing place with an amazing owner! I very rarely write reviews, but after doing business with this company it's the least I could do. My family's finance is very tight, and we are going through difficult times with regards to medical issues. Our water heater went out, and we couldn't find a place that could fix it within our budget. When I thought we would have to deal with cold water until next week, I came across this company, and I'm so happy I did. The owner of this company, Nima, heard us out and made sure to take care of us. One of his plumbers, Gary, did a fantastic job and double checked everything. He explained every step he was doing and made sure we understood. He also gave us troubleshooting advice on our water heater. If you want a company that not only does a good job but will do whatever it can to take care of your budget's needs, then you found the right place.
